Delete your account.
You can delete your Syllafall account yourself, from inside the app. It removes everything, and it cannot be undone.
In effect from 9 September 2026
In the app
- Open Syllafall and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.
- Type the confirmation word it asks for, then confirm.
You are signed out as soon as it finishes. There is no waiting period and no recovery window, so only do this if you mean it.
What gets deleted
Everything attached to the account, in one go:
- Your sign-in identity, including the email address and any profile photo taken from Google, Apple or Facebook.
- Your profile: username, display name, colour, friend code, and anything you have unlocked or equipped.
- Your scores, daily attempts, replays, streak and season standing.
- Your friends, challenges, blocks and any reports you made.
- Your coins, goal progress and shop history.
Scores disappear from leaderboards along with the account. What we cannot pull back are results cards you already shared somewhere else, because those are images sitting on someone else’s service.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@syllafall.com from the address on the account, or tell us the username or friend code, and we will delete it for you. We will confirm within one month, and usually much sooner.
The waitlist is separate
If you joined the pre-launch waitlist on this website, that email address sits on a mailing list rather than in the game. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send, or ask us and we will remove it. Deleting a game account does not remove a waitlist address, and unsubscribing does not delete a game account.
